Our mission is to deliver compassionate, patient-centered pediatric care that sparks positive change in the lives of children and their families. We are committed to creating a nurturing and empowering environment built on trust, open communication, and collaboration. Through innovative, evidence-based practices, we aim to promote lifelong health, resilience, and self-determination—ensuring every child receives care that honors their individual needs and potential.

Our Approach

We offer pediatric care for patients and their families through phone, text, email, telemedicine and convenient office hours. Our office follows The American Academy of Pediatrics evidence based guidelines.

Meet the Greece Pediatric Medicine Team

Kathleen Wania, MD

A board certified pediatrician and Rochester NY native, Dr. Kathleen Wania is the owner of Greece Pediatric Medicine. Dr. Wania grew up in the Rochester area, received her medical degree from the University at Buffalo School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences and completed her residency in pediatrics at Golisano Children’s Hospital at the University of Rochester Medical Center. After working in the area for many years and observing the evolution of patient and family needs, Dr. Wania opened Greece Pediatric Medicine, PLLC in 2021 to provide a primary care environment that matched the evolving needs of patients and families.

Ann Kidd, PNP

Ann Kidd earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Syracuse University where she competed on the Cross Country and Track team. She went on to earn her Care of Children and Families/Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Rochester. Ann is board certified in Pediatrics by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Ann lives in Pittsford, NY with her husband and three children. Hiking, spending time with her family, playing with her Yorkie, Mae, and watching Syracuse University basketball and the sports her children participate in, lacrosse and swimming are her favorite activities!

James Mulholland, DNP

With a background in both psychology and nursing, James Mulholland, brings a holistic and compassionate, trauma-informed approach to pediatric care.  He earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Health Promotion from Michigan State University in 2004, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arizona in 2010. He later pursued a Master’s of Nursing in 2013 and a Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2015, both from the University of Arizona. James is board certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. He has worked in pediatric emergency rooms, urgent care, foster care, and primary care. He’s especially passionate about acute care and trauma-informed medicine. He lives in Farmington, NY with his wife and their five kids. When he’s not working, you’ll find him outside with his family, enjoying Canandaigua Lake, or watching his favorite sports teams.

Dana Esposito, PNP

Dana grew up in Buffalo, NY and proudly cheers for the Bills. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from SUNY Brockport and began her career at Golisano Children’s Hospital, working in both the NICU and Pediatric Infusion Center. She later completed her Master’s degree at the University of Rochester in the Pediatric Nurse Practitioner Primary Care program. Dana is board certified in Pediatrics by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board. Dana currently lives in Webster, NY with her husband and enjoys spending her free time baking and getting lost in a good book.

Victoria Mirra, MSW

Victoria Mirra is the Behavioral Health Care Manager at Greece Pediatric Medicine. She earned her Master of Social Work from Daemen College and has extensive experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. With a background in school social work, behavioral health coordination, and therapeutic group facilitation, Victoria specializes in mental health assessment, intervention, and care coordination. She is passionate about providing compassionate, solution-focused support to help children and families navigate challenges and build resilience. Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and two dogs.
