At Greece Pediatric Medicine, PLLC we practice loving kindness, self-care, non-violent communication, acceptance and integrity. Any and all disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. 

Appointment Scheduling Policy

Appointments may be scheduled  Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12pm. We offer same day appointments, Monday through Saturday, with priority given to (acute) sick patients and newborns. Weekends are reserved for (acute) sick visits, newborns and newborn follow ups. Parents/Guardians must accompany the patient unless the appropriate consent has been signed.

Our staff works hard to offer convenient appointment times. If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, please contact the office at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. We understand that some things are out of your control. In the event that you do not notify us 24 hours in advance or miss a scheduled appointment without notifying us, a member of our staff will contact you to remind you of our appointment policy and offer you an opportunity to reschedule the missed appointment. Missing an appointment without giving prior notice to the practice deprives other patients of the chance to take a slot that opens up. Failure to notify the clinic in a timely manner will result in a no show fee of $25. Repeated no-shows will result in the family being advised to transfer care out of the practice.

Late Policy

We understand that your time is valuable and we work hard to see patients at their scheduled appointment time, whenever possible. In order to respect the time of all patients and their caregivers, we must adhere to certain late guidelines. If you arrive 15 minutes after the start of your scheduled appointment, you will be considered late and may be asked to reschedule your appointment.

After Hours Contact

We are  available 24/7 for urgent medical needs. Non-urgent questions and concerns may be sent through the patient portal or the Spruce App (a secure healthcare communication service) and will be addressed during office hours, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12pm.

Patient Forms

School physical forms, daycare forms and immunization records will be provided at the time of well visits. Other forms require additional time and will be completed at no charge within 5 business days.

Medication Refills

Medication refills may be requested at an appointment, by calling the office or in the patient portal. Please allow 5 business days for medication refills.

Vaccination Policy

We follow the vaccination schedule outlined by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).

Medical Home

Greece Pediatric Medicine, PLLC is committed to providing a medical home for our patients to make obtaining healthcare easy and convenient. We want to help coordinate your care and ask that you contact our office prior to seeking specialty care or urgent care. If you see a specialist, we ask that you request a report to be sent directly to our office so that we can remain informed.

Spruce App

We understand that texting is the preferred mode of communication for many patients and their families. We use the Spruce app for HIPAA  compliant communication with patients and their families via text. Call the office at 585-504-6504 to find out more.
